Thank you. I keep seeing Bromelain and don’t know what it is or if I should purchase quercetin with it.
Bromelain is supposed to enhance the effect of the Quercetin, but it is derived from pineapple, so it if you are allergic to pineapple, it would be good to avoid that combination.
Learned that one the hard way.
