One can make a lot of mistakes when adrenaline and reasonable fear of death take over. She should be charged with manslaughter, but there should be only a token sentence given. A month in jail and 100 hours of community service should suffice. And she should be able to keep her job. The idiocy of every law enforcement officer having to make perfect split-second decisions has to stop. Unless society is willing to accept anarchy as the norm. Not me.

2 of the Jurors were not guilty, prior to the Judge scolding the jury and sending them back for a decision.

I believe those 2 jurors will not sleep well for many years for sending the cop to prison. One was visibly breaking down and crying during the reading of verdict.

The Judge and the Prosecutors, I hope, will burn in hell for what they did. They gambled on the overcharge and won a ticket to political office in Liberal LaLa Land.
