I’m of the kind that Potter had no business working in law enforcement. She strikes me as a “diversity hire” who was hired and promoted way beyond her capabilities.

One report I saw indicated that she worked behind a desk most of the time but was on the street that day with a rookie officer because she does TRAINING for that police department. WTF?

This sort of thing is what gives police departments bad reputations though most of them are fair and run properly.
