I don't think his beliefs have changed, nor has he gone over to the dark side.

However, I do believe that he is boxed in and his legacy is at stake, especially when the the vaxx death toll starts to really roll in. He has a choice of admitting the vaxx is a failure, or going all in.

True to form, he's going all in.
