Blacks NEVER accept any responsibility for their own stupidity, so we shouldn’t be the least bit surprised by this. It’s all about the money. They see Fentanyl Floyd’s family becoming wealthy beyond their wildest dreams, and they think that they should be able to cash in on the death of their kid.

Is that the guy (killed), or the girlfriend?

Attractive nuisance isn't going to work for the plaintiff's family. These were not children attracted to a trampoline or swing set that got hurt. These teenagers committed criminal trespass and then grand theft auto.

-They could have walked past without trespassing.
-They could have ignored the keys and walked away after trespassing.
-They could have rung the doorbell and alerted the homeowner to the potentially dangerous situation of leaving keys in a motor vehicle.
-They could have taken the keys, put them in the mail box, and left a note for the owner.

Instead, they stole a vehicle, had one perp climb on the front while moving thus endangering their own life, and then the driver chose not to stop but instead allowed the situation to continue which lead to the death of the perp.

The dead perp was guilty of criminal trespass and grand theft auto.
The driver is guilty of criminal trespass, grand theft auto, and felony murder since someone died during the commission of a crime.

"Family of teen run over by stolen car.."

Does no one know how to write anymore? This makes it sound like the car drove itself.

From the article;
"Kasseem believes that the victim of the stolen van had left the keys inside of the vehicle and Kashontez and his girlfriend could not avoid the temptation of stealing it.
He said: “The car was in the neighborhood and a group of kids; they saw the car and the temptation was there. Because of that, I lost my son.”

Why do I smell an 'Ambulance Chaser' stench as a probable scenario here?

Oh, and just a general comment on our 'public eddification'! A 14yo has a 'home coming' date, what does that say about our schools?

Boy was only 14, so could very well be the boy.

Colorado?

Is this the same Colorado family that's suing UPS because the UPS driver ran over their loose dog?

"Dog owners claim UPS driver ran over pet on their property, offered a fraction of vet bill"

Surely charges will be brought? These useless parents think they can beat the cops to the punch by filing a lawsuit while Kashontez’ body is still warm?

Wow. With the headline, I was figuring a kid got run down by a fleeing driver. No. Talk about misleading. The kid got run over after joyriding and falling out of the stolen vehicle. I’d say justice was served. Hit the girlfriend for his death and award the owners of the van a new vehicle. This one has been tainted by the blood of stupid.

The owner of the vehicle should file a third-party claim against the parents of the thieves for failing to supervise their 14 year old yuts.

If that is the game they wanna play, then sue the parents for raising their son irresponsibly and neglectful, which obviously co tribute to the son committing crimes. Sue for twice the amount that the parents are suing for

I think you have an unrealistic estimate of the sense many prosecutors have. Since many are commie trash, their “sense” starts darn near zero. So, it would be a short beating.
That said, I still support physical abuse.
