Chauvin has been sentenced to 22.5 years in prison. There is no need for the Feds to pile on, especially when no evidence has been produced of a racial motive. There is vastly more violence by blacks against whites than the reverse, but only white perpetrators are hounded like this.

He did not murder Saint Floyd, of course, but he had to be sacrificed to the hungry demons of the left.

Maybe the feds are offering a deal; Plead guilty or no contest and we'll let the fed sentence run cocurrently with the state sentence.

I wouldn’t call Chavin a “perpetrator.” He behaved as TRAINED by the MPD. He also didn’t kill Floyd. The drugs that Floyd OD’ed on killed Floyd.

Why would Chauvin change his ‘not guilty’ plea to ‘guilty’?
What advantage might this give him?
Would such a changed plea make it easier to plea bargin?
I wonder if this is something he wants or something one of his lawyers wants.

Yes, but some ADA can get an easy conviction which will help out his year end bonus.

This was a lynching. Chauvin's trial should have been far, far removed to somewhere in the authentic America. There was ZERO chance that Chauvin received a fair trial in an atheist, communist enclave. The outcome was predetermined.

Chauvin was never getting a fair trial. I’m not saying he was innocent, but no mitigating circumstances would be allowed, nor the possibility of a lower charge that may have been appropriate.

He wouldn’t get a fair trial in the federal court, either. The jury wood he tainted and the findings wouldn’t follow the evidence. The findings of the jury would follow the narrative.

Do the federal courts allow for Alford Pleas?

Violated his civil right to resist the police? He was safely restrained in the back seat of a police car and demanded to be removed because he “couldn’t breathe “. That led to his having to be pinned down. Had he stayed in the car he’d be just as dead from the fatal overdose, but Chauvin would be free.

If only Chauvin had assassinated an unarmed protester at the Capitol on January 6th he would not only be free and unindicted, but still be employed. Be present while a Black thug career criminal with the China Flu O.D.’d ? He gets decades in prison.

On a case where the guy OD’d, there is video of the drug baggie in his mouth, he said he took too many drugs as he was fighting the cops, the autopsy report shows the OD in his blood test, and the dude died of an OD nobody could have stopped.

And Chauvin only showed up for the last minute of the call for assistance, and the guy had just committed a crime he had to be arrested for.

And this isn’t race. People need to understand, a well-funded, hostile, organized intelligence/infiltration operation has infiltrated our leadership, and even our intelligence agencies, and it is taking this nation over just like the CIA would take over some banana republic in South America.

We are in really deep trouble we never get out of, it nobody can begin to see what is really going on. I’ve seen it with my own eyes, so that is not speculation. It is fact.
