Forgive my ignorance... With all that debris, it is hard to tell, but it looks to me as though those homes don’t have basements for the most part. Is that common there?
Most of the south are slab houses now. Ours is, even the old big 2 story 1 we sold to down size was without a basement. This is a Starter home, about right for 2 seniors. Has a floored attic though. Ham Radio tower is out. Net slow.
