It seems like a number of them are accused of trespassing and protesting without references to violence.
Others are accused of assaulting or resisting or impeding officers, which is a ridiculous conflation, since assaulting is very different from resisting or impeding.

The Jan 6 POW’s that are being treated worse than gitmo detainees?
The question is are they being treated worse than the run-of-the-mill DC jail inmate? Jails are not pleasant places to be. I understand that the DC jail is worse than most. The January 6th people are no doubt enjoying some miserable experiences. But unless they're treated worse than the rest of the inmate population then Greene & Co. can't complain. Unless they want to improve conditions for everyone there?
Looking at all the trial results reveals that those still in jail are accused of carrying a dangerous weapon. Only 3 or 4 specified the weapon as a gun. A year gone by and they are still in jail. Isn’t that a bit harsh for carrying a gun? I also saw that most of those who lived in D.C. are still in jail.
