I don’t believe Sniffer is President, so he can’t be worse. Sniffer is just a third term of jOkeass, the worse President.
Not a big point, but Eisenhower, Clinton, Mondale and Palin are also recorded saying "nucular." So is Jimmy Carter who actually claimed to be a nuclear engineer. Bush was a lousy president, though.
Biden was not elected, he was installed via industrial scale fraud.

Well, having been born in Massachusetts in an Irish family about 5 miles as the crow flies from Hyannisport, I consider myself a minor-export.
So my critique is not of the Irish per se, but the particular brand of Irish that Biden embodies.
Biden’s a failure, always was when it comes to being a truly concerned for America, and his constituents elected official. Always he worked for the Democrat party, and his personal gain, never the people. But then that’s the Democrat modus operandi.
ObamaBiden have been the worst two presidents in history. Never has a regime hated the country as much as Obama and Biden is trying to outdo Obama. They have both installed an army of America hating marxists in every bureaucracy in every part of the country. Add millions of third world uneducated America hating illegal aliens and they simply outbreed anyone who loves America. Face it folks. It’s over. Prepare accordingly.
One thing is certain, Biden, Obama and Carter are by far the worst presidents in American history.

I actually liked President Bush 43, but it was disappointing that he did not fight back against 0bama and actually became friends with him. I had lots of pictures of him and Laura but I shredded them all.
