I saw part of that interview (I didn’t have the stomach to watch the whole thing). In the part that I watched both Baldwin and Stephanopoulos talked about the gun like it had a life of its own.
The gun did this. The gun did that. I guess some people will buy it, and think Baldwin is just another innocent victim of the shooting.
“The gun was pist because it wasn’t included in the previous scene,” he said. The gun then began firing randomly, striking two people. It fled the scene and I ran it down, handcuffed it, and called the police.”
It sure sounds like the sheriff where this happened ain’t buyin’ it.

This was a preemptive strike on the county DA where it happened.
Baldwin is saying: “I have my experts and all the money I need to keep this going for years. You’re just a puny DA in a NM county. I will run you ragged and then you will lose.”
DA will say: “I have come to the determination that I can only bring a case when I have a reasonable chance of conviction. I don’t see that in this case.”

He admitted he pulled the hammer back....when he released the hammer it fired.
So his statement about not pulling the trigger is probly true but you don’t necessarily have to pull the trigger to fire a revolver.
That’s very telling about what he DOESN’T know about firearms.

An SUV, a gun, a brick. Anything wielded by a minority or elitist is at fault. The intentions of inanimate objects needs to be more deeply investigated.
That county went for Biden 70-25. All Liberals will be on the jury, if it ever gets that far, which it won’t. The DA already knows this and is a Lesbian Liberal herself.

I haven’t heard anything lately about the white man in California who got off by injecting unconscious black men with a lethal dose of drugs. He was so well politically connected he had personal photos with lots of Democratic politicians. The only reason he was finally prosecuted was because a reporter had kept on the story until it became an overwhelming embarrassment. But since then, he has vanished from the news. Last I heard he was “awaiting sentencing,” but that was months ago. He’s probably vacationing while out on bail.
Having that in mind, I suspect that this barrel of feces will be slow walked through the justice system until he finally dies of old age, all while awaiting sentencing but living free on bail.
What a prick. Probably trying to establish the narrative.
Just thinking any normal person at the end of a chain, if you were holding a 45 and center punched that woman and saw her scream and fall, saw her weaken and fade and die.

Exactly right. A Santa Fe DA and Jury, go after Alex Baldwin? They would swallow poison first.
