1. Is it absolutely true that the actor is not responsible for checking the rounds if told a "cold gun" by the armorer? It makes sense to me since they only do what they're told and checking the round could break the chain of custody.
2. It's obvious now that the young armorer lost chain of custody because of the live round.
3. Most importantly, what was a live round doing on a movie set?
4. Seems to me the armorer and whoever brought that live round to the set are going to take the fall. As much as I despise Baldwin, I want those responsible to get the hit.
BTW, is it armorer or armor, as you call them.
Lefties are never to blame for anything bad - they’ll only take responsibility for the good that occurs......

Interesting that there is a reply by “Alec Baldwin” from several weeks ago on that Andrews Sisters song, “Oh I love this song” complete with his face. Really him, or a jokester?
Hearing him claim of ‘no fault’ drives me into wondering whether AlecB is a psychopath or a sociopath. His senses of compassion and consciousness both seem to be absent.
He could be out in 3+ years with good behavior.
So, we’ll probably serve the whole sentence.😳

My guess is that his attorneys are going to use this “it’s not me”....as a condition of PTSD
In a normal person, this would be denial. In one with a major personality disorder, this is evasion.
He already had the trigger pulled before he pulled the hammer back. He let go of the hammer and the gun fired, just as he said. Fast draw shooters do it all the time. He’ll never be charged criminally for being ignorant about how single action revolvers work. I guess his parents should have given him a “Fanner Fifty” cap gun when he was young.
I wonder what the media sentiment would be if instead of Arec it was Mel Gibson or Clint Eastwood

He is 100% responsible for it. Same as if he didn’t set a parking brake on a car and it rolled and killed people.
