So if you let your child have access to your car keys, like leaving them in a conspicuous place, and he/she uses the car without your consent and harms someone, you can be charged with a crime? How about a knife in the Kitchen? a baseball bat in the garage?
No.
But that’s not what happened, is it?
Meanwhile, the parents have left town and LE has a bolo for them. These are reckless individuals.
So...they made a public announcement of charges before either informing the parent’s lawyers, or taking the parents into custody? Is that correct>
