Set up for the "I didn't know the gun was loaded" defense, not to challenge the law negating that defense, but to be used against the gun industry et al.
Obviously, so called professional and trained personnel cannot be trusted with guns and ammunition.

Misdirection. Bringing real ammo on site was stupid and he ought to be out of industry for that.
But, that Ahole ABaldwin is responsible. Practicing a draw is one thing. Not checking during practice for actual rounds is quite another. He deserves time — he is supposed to be a professional. Professionals have legal responsibilities.
