Dr. Anthony Fauci said Saturday morning that he would not be shocked to learn that the COVID-19 omicron variant is already in the U.S.
In an interview on NBC's "Weekend TODAY" show, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director told co-hosts Kristen Welker and Peter Alexander that the strain has a large number of mutations that would suggest it could potentially evade immune protection and that scientists can predict it will be more transmissible.
"We don't know that yet, but you have to be careful and assume that that's the case. It also has a bunch of mutations that would suggest it could evade the protection, for example, of monoclonal antibodies and perhaps even convalescent plasma for people who've been infected and recovered and possibly vaccine. These are all ‘maybes,’ but the suggestion is enough," he said.

"So, in real terms, Dr. Fauci, do you believe that omicron is already here in the U.S., likely?" asked Alexander.
"You know, I would not be surprised if it is. We have not detected it yet. But, when you have a virus that is showing this degree of transmissibility and you're already having travel-related cases that they've noted in Israel and Belgium and in other places – when you have a virus like this, it almost invariably is ultimately going to go, essentially, all over," he replied.

I overheard coworkers discussing their ‘booster’ appointments, and I made the offhand comment, “The unapproved boosters?”
I later realized that I’m in the 0.1% percentile.
The FDA did, indeed, ‘approve’ the Pfizer & Moderna ‘booster’ shots...
...but it was under amendment to the EUA for each of the shots.
Curious that the EUA was required for an “approved” Pfizer formulation, isn’t it?

The composition of the shot is absolutely unmistakable. Note the pool and the deck are fabulously scrubbed sparkling clean in juxtaposition.

With Omnicron, the opportunity presents itself in the ability to brush everything up to now under the rug and start fresh again. Vaccine cards will all be out of date too because they will have to show protection from Omnicron. New vaccines will have to be developed because Omnicron obsoleted the current "vaccines", even though they weren't doing what they were supposed to be doing in the first place.
With the new COVID reset coming, I will be interested to see how the relatively few vaccine supporters in my life react to all of this when they do the reset again. For that matter, I will be interested to see if some decide to take the modified vaccines that rejected the first offer.
Or will the world governments alter tactics and endorse true therapeutics across the board as the best weapon and ditch the vaccine mandates? That is what I am thinking will happen. Perhaps vaccines will be promoted and offered for those willing to continue down that path but not mandated. Phizermectin for the rest of the public treatments will become the standard treatment. And still the option of the known private treatments.
They will need at least one more variants in order to ensure the cheat-by-mail-in ballots are used for 2022 and beyond.

Maybe this is a way to get immunity against the other more deadly versions. In that case it is a solution, not a problem.
