I was at 13 a couple of years ago. Most recently a little over 76.
Those with a level over 50 have pretty much 0% probability of dying from Covid.
My goal is to get to 80.
How do you guys test for vitamin d?
I take it regularly but curious about this.

Covid-19: Most cases of new variant in Gauteng - and it may be spreading to other provinces
My D level was 94 and I got covid. I take 5000 IU’s 2x daily.
Vit D is good for many functions but it’s not a magic bullet against covid.
You get it! About D3. Where did you get the idea to shoot for D3 at 80 ng/ml?
Really - Go see Flux Woo on D3, from 56 minutes onward. Will take you ten minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Id9nEuPQ7mI&t=2s
I was tested six weeks ago and was at 23. I am now at 39. In addition to high dosage doctor prescribed D, I do “sensible” sunbathing as outlined in this fabulous book by the leading expert on Vitamin D. I highly recommend his book. I did not know how broad the reach of Vitamin D is to the human body in preventing many, many diseases. Plus, we do not only get Vitamin D from the sun but others factors that they are not quite sure what their function is in the human body. Getting sunlight is essential. http://drholick.com/
