You will eventually run out of places to go.
By all means move if it makes sense for you but stop acting as if that
is the only sensible thing to do.
Ya need to understand, it’s not just the insane politics, but everything else that goes along with it. Such as 65 year old cookie cutter homes going to 750,000, with high enough taxes to cause early stress deaths etc, etc...
And none of us will live long enough to, “Run out of places to go”. I found my own paradise after I bailed out, and no, it will never become like the LA area madness I left behind.
