Ya need to understand, it’s not just the insane politics, but everything else that goes along with it. Such as 65 year old cookie cutter homes going to 750,000, with high enough taxes to cause early stress deaths etc, etc...
And none of us will live long enough to, “Run out of places to go”. I found my own paradise after I bailed out, and no, it will never become like the LA area madness I left behind.
As I live here I do understand.
And I agree that you will not run out of places in your life time.
I think strategically, and much longer term. But I think you should do as you see best.
