Sue them for breach of contract and criminal damages for violations under US 18/242.
I found out when researching this there are actually several mandates. The OSHA mandate for large business is just one of them. There is a seperate one for Federal Employees and Contractors that does not appear to be covered by the injunction against the OSHA one. It also has no 100 employee limit for subcontractors.
