If you only have 25 employees, you’re already in compliance.
Actually, any size business right now is complying with the court ruling halting the mandate.
Tulsi is just as much, or more of a commie than Jose Bidet! Don’t let the pretty smile and the long hair fool you.

Good data.
As I keep insisting,
*Zero isn’t running this country. He’s way too lazy.
*Michael isn’t. He doesn’t like politics, and besides, this would require too much detail work and not enough $$
*Certainly the Demented Pervert in the WH isn’t.
I still think a loose cabal of COMPETING interests (including Buttplugs, Harris, an envronmental whacko lobby, an anti-gun group, and several other specialized interest groups) are vying for policy position. Some get it most of the time. But I don’t think they’ve been ID’d yet.
>>> A large customer just informed us that we need to comply with the mandate or lose our contract.
Sue them for breach of contract and criminal damages for violations under US 18/242.
I found out when researching this there are actually several mandates. The OSHA mandate for large business is just one of them. There is a seperate one for Federal Employees and Contractors that does not appear to be covered by the injunction against the OSHA one. It also has no 100 employee limit for subcontractors.

This reasoning assumes that the “grave constitutional concerns” mentioned by the court were not related to mandating an experimental drug on human beings, but rather for some other circumstantial aspect of the case such as # of employees or type of employer.
Hell yes it’s covered.
It SHOULD also apply to the military.
Someone needs to clarify what human rights our soldiers are giving up by serving in the armed forces.
