If you’ve seen video from the scene, there does seem to be reason to think that the perp wasn’t deliberately trying to hit anyone at first. That he did only do it when there was no clear road in front of him, and when there wasn’t he decided to drive over the people in his way.
For all we know his initial reluctance was more about preserving the drivability if his vehicle.
The perp is clearly a sociopath.
I just don’t think he’s a terrorist to boot.
If the perp was a burglar or assault suspect, and accidentally drove into the parade route, he would have abandoned his car and try to lose himself in the crowd at the parade. It takes a special kind of evil for someone to just plow their car into kids.
I don’t believe it. It’s a cover up.
Did he honk his horn to get people out of the way? Give me a break. This was deliberate vehicular murder.
