yeah, i think it was intentional because of this fact as well. if he wanted out, all he had to do is lay on the horn and people would get out of the way.

Too many people here are applying their law-abiding thinking to the actions of a criminal, a criminal who might also have been on drugs.

The question is not whether this was a criminal act, but what the motive was, e.g., some kind of payback for the Rittenhouse verdict, or a maniacal criminal trying to elude police because of some crime unrelated to the Rittenhouse case.
