Prosecutors are lawyers: Don’t expect the truth to come out.

And anyone that picks up a rock a brick or lights a fire tonight needs a wood shampoo and a nightstick across the shinbones.

If they had done that in the first place it never would have come to this.

Anyway... I’ve never seen a bunch of such incompetent prosecutors in my life... their star witness actually made the case for Rittenhouse’s self defense when he admitted to pointing a gun at the kid!

Then, they actually BLAMED Kyle for asserting his fifth amendment right to remain silent insinuating that
he was guilty for not speaking, resulting in a stern reprimand from the judge.

They should go back to law school and re-take the bar.

Wonderful news, today. Not only for Kyle, but for the nation. We have a jury that prevailed despite intense pressure.

For those of you who pray, please don’t quit praying for Kyle. As many military families could tell you, the battle has just begun for him. This young man has been severely traumatized, not just by that night, but by this trial and media abuse.

Agree. They got paid so they could care less. Besides the msm will not call them out as sleeve bags

My wife’s cousin was a successful defense attorney in Palm Springs. He had a bunch of humorous stories about the incompetent prosecutors who made his job easier than it should have been. Remember, good lawyers are in the private sector where the money is.

Well stated.

Rittenhouse should never have been charged. Instead, the guy he shot should have been on trial. It's scary that we have such prosecutors.

Now that this is all over, I’m really curious about the judge’s position on the previously filed motions. Perhaps the best thing for him to do now would be to retire tomorrow. Spend the next three months writing a book. Title it something to the effect of “With prejudice” and cash in on this circus.

I don’t think so. A blanket acquittal of the defendant is one thing, but they are officers of the court. If they engaged in unethical, perhaps criminal behavior, they deserve a more severe punishment.

I know that there is certain types of immunity the DA and the ADA would have but I would wonder if Kyle couldn’t bring suit for malicious prosecution. Especially if his civil rights were violated under the color of law.
