Follow up to earlier reply. When I was at lunch today, I was told that over half of our security forces squadron refuses to take the vaccinations, which means if they are fired then security on the base will be greatly compromised.
Sounds like the vaxxed numbers being put out publicly are ... inaccurate.
They will just use reserves to cover any gaps. This done regularly at the base I work at. Reserve MPs get their 2 weeks at the entry gates checking badges. A misuse of assets, IMO.
