To: Fishtalk

I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you may not have realized how important what you asked really was when considering this case. This will set precedent for future self defense cases. Too big, Why do it? Narratives like this are exactly what they want folks to think so that they can set unconstitutional precedent.

Maybe you do not realize it. But you shared liberal brainwashing narratives that no one has the right to protect their property, or call friends and family to help protect property when the authorities will not, or defend their own person with such a BIG gun. All of these are directly related to Constitutional rights.

And if allowed to prevail, will influence self defense cases from now on and redefine and limit in detail what rights the accused may or not have in the future.

I think fishtalk may have just made his point poorly.

The gist seemed to me that fishtalk thought it was a bad idea for Kyle to be there in the first place. I wouldn’t want my 17-year-old son in a situation like that.

But that doesn’t make anything he did illegal or disqualify self defense in the situation he DID wind up in.
