Today we have to wonder what will be the more likely cause of the next riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Will it be an acquittal of the defendant either by the jury or a directed verdict of Not Guilty? And if the latter happens will they riot because the judge is apparently a Lee Greenwood, even to the extent of have "God Bless the USA" as a ringtone on his phone.
The judge suggests that the trial should be ready to wrap up by Tuesday.

I expect soon that legislation will be introduced that no one may act in the capacity of a judge in a BLM/ANTIFA-related case unless they can prove that they share their vision of a defunct America. Never again will we see judges with pro-American values.
I was watching a video a few minutes ago from the hill and it had multiple broadcast where it was specifically stated he was either a vigilante or a murderer. It will be interesting to see if this ends up in lawsuits. One of these liberal Talking Heads even suggested that he did not have a right to self-defense because he instigated the attacks by having a gun. That is just ludicrous. That would be like accusing a car owner of causing someone to steal their car because they left the keys in the ignition.

That was defense last witness, except for completing testimony of Black, so they’re waiting on him for the additional data State wanted.
Then State apparently has some rebuttal testimony to deliver from their own expert Armstrong.
I sat on a jury that came to a conclusion in about 1 minute.
We agreed to play cards, eat lunch, hang out for a few hours to make it look good.
In this case, the paperwork the jury has to fill out will probably run 50 pages. It'll take them 2 hours just to read it.
Would he suggest that police officers invoke attacks upon them because they are armed?

I’ve never actually watched a case that made me more physically nauseous.
I have three kids right around Kyle’s age and can understand him and his mindset. This is State sponsored child abuse and prosecutorial criminality.

I am on pins and needles and expect the deliberations to be excruciatingly suspenseful. I pray that they don’t take long.
Another person testified he picked up the Glock and cleared the round.
Hopefully it's a minor conviction, gun charge, misdemeanor - time served due to having to put up with Binger.

I hear from lawyers I respect that Dr. Black is normally a well-organized and capable expert witness—I’ve never worked with him, or seen him work before, I don’t think—but this performance doesn’t strike me as all that organized and capable.
Where’s the fat Deputy prosecutor who who had the face palm when the star prosecution witness admitted he intended to killed Rittenhouse?

Sad the judge let the pos prosecutor run circles around him instead of dismissing when the bombshell dropped on Monday or Tuesday can’t remember which day but anyway he let that sicko break court rule after rule. This is so unsettling ...not even Flynn’s lawyers got a break like this ...bastard!
