I think Kyle will beat this.

Me too. The Judge is pissed and rightly so.

There’s at least four witnesses who were fairly close to sharp criticism of the prosecution team (especially that one guy from yesterday). I was pretty surprised...he wasn’t going to let them change his view of things.

Indeed.

Prosecutors are not really supposed to be in the business of “Let’s get this guy!”

Trying to watch, but the prosecutor’s act is just one reason I hate !awyers. Scumbags like him in positions of importance in government are what’s wrong with this nation on many levels.

I loved when the judge said to Binger, "Don't get brazen with me!" Judge also brought up the ADA's comment from the 1st day of trial when he said the judge doesn't understand the law.
ADA Binger is such a putz!

I haven’t been watching and so turned on the live feed and saw this part. Did not know what was going on but immediately could tell that judge was furious and in no mood for shenanigans.

“Prosecutors are not really supposed to be in the business of “Let’s get this guy!””
Once the DA’s office says to prosecute there job is to ‘get the guy’.
To: ChicagoConservative27
Later, Binger again asked Rittenhouse to comment on his previous comments, which had been excluded in a prior ruling, and the judge again told the jury to leave.
The defense demanded that the judge admonish the prosecution, and said that if it happened again, the defense would ask the judge to declare a mistrial with prejudice, preventing the charges from being brought again.
Judge Schroeder exploded at Binger, raising his voice, saying that Binger had entered into areas of testimony that had been ruled out, without warning.
Binger apologized, but kept insisting on responding to the judge. “Don’t get brazen with me!” the judge shouted.

Prosecutor apparently never read the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People”.

If the prosecution realizes that an innocent man is on trial, they have an obligation to stop.
“Getting the guy” isn’t the whole goal. Getting the guilty guy is the goal, and the guy on trial might not really be a guilty guy. Prosecutors are supposed to be able to make this distinction.
