It refers to the Dem pols who have been arguing for 40 years that we need higher energy prices and, as soon as they climb 33%, they are wringing their hands on how to reduce energy prices. It refers to Biden canceling scores of energy projects and begging OPEC for more oil

It was warm and dry over much of the upper Midwest this year, hence the “fever”. I’m betting by early Spring we will break records for ice coverage in the Great Lakes this winter.

This summer in MI was not all that hot but it has been slow to cool down this fall...BFD!
Lake effect precipitation lasts until the relevant lake is mostly frozen over. That never happens in November. Until it does happen, a few degrees in temperature makes no difference.
