No, but they can pass things in the chamber they do control and put pressure on the commies that control the senate. Republicans usually say things like, “well, we can’t do anything since we don’t have total control.”

Seems like due to RINOs, repubs need a 2/3 majority or better in both houses, plus a non-RINO governor that will sign good things into law. That’ll probably never happen in VA.

So if the Pubbies can find a squishy (D) in the Senate perhaps with public pressure, then can get to 20-20 on some key votes. How does the tiebreaker work in Virginia?
