This is the second time tonight I have seen the Perceentage of votes counted go down.
Yeah, the memory of 2020 is still too fresh in my mind. It started out as a sure GOP romp and then in the middle of the night, the counting came to a stop and things suddenly changed. I won’t believe any result until 100% are reported, and even then, I will wait a day or two.

“Minneapolis residents have voted down a proposal to allow the police department to be replaced by a Department of Public Safety overseen by the mayor and city council, the Associated Press projected. City Question Two would have removed language from the city charter requiring a minimum number of police officers based on the city’s population. The proposal would have created a department that “could include” police officers “if necessary” but would have focused on a “comprehensive public health approach” to safety.
The initiative came in response to the killing of George Floyd last year by then-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, which sparked a national racial reckoning.”

Looks like they are going to try to do the same thing to Youngkin that they did to Trump. GOP may have to learn a heard lesson here. They closed their eyes to the fraud when it was against Trump thinking (or agreeing) with the left that it wouldn’t happen to their candidate. It’s like trusting a skunk not to spray you!
