Science says... CO2 is a plant fertilizer and the atmospheric concentration of CO2 cannot be regulated and even if you could it would lead to a diminution of O2, now that would be a major problem.

I've been saying right along...there's a correlation between population and Co2 necessary to sustain (feed) that population.
