You make a good point. It’s incumbent on those who refuse to follow the prevailing strategy to suggest and implement a better one.
I don’t vote. I haven’t since 2016. I highly doubt I’ll vote again. If your objective is freedom, I view the ballot as being largely useless.
To paraphrase Andrew Breitbart (RIP), politics is downstream of culture. If we really want to change how things work, we have to work on the culture first. None of what I suggest is all that sexy, but I think it is effective.
First, I’m working on building my influence among those who I can most affect and matter most to me; my circle of friends, neighbors, and family.
Second, I’m living prudently and acting to improve my resilience. Let’s not forget that the evil use privation and terror as their tools.
Third, I’m voting with my pocketbook and most recently, with my feet.
Action helps and it certainly has improved my outlook.
