Bet they regret complying with that gun confiscation about now. Why? If the government came for your home because you didn't pay your fines, would you shoot the federal agents? Probably not. Most likely, you would pay your fines. So would I.
The fines are unjust, but few will start a shooting war over it.

Agree, there are some here who think people will start a revolution over a parking ticket. We just had an election stolen resulting in this country being put into a death spiral, how many shots have been fired in response?
