The parents of a 13-year-old student at McNeel Intermediate School in Beloit, Wisconsin say that a special needs teacher taped a mask around his face on Tuesday and the police are refusing to file charges. The teacher, Mrs. Jessica Quinodda Scott, previously tried to force the 8th grade student to wear a mask featuring a Pride flag, but he refused.
Scott, who uses the fake name “Berry Johnson” on Facebook, has Black Lives Matter and far-left politics all over her profile.

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
Lock Her Up.
I’m surprised that “she” is not transgendered.
This is why we should have mental institutions again, with better supervision, of course.
Shut down the schools. Fire everyone. End the pensions. Sell the real estate. Experiment ended. Adapt.
In the short term, the family needs to at very least get that kid away from that ‘teacher’. She is toxic and is engaging in needless power struggles with her students.
Parents must be a bunch of wusses. If this POS ever, ever try that on my nephews and nieces, Im sure either my brothers or myself will be in jail. As a 3rd-gen Sicilian, we dont take kindly to this crap.

Hey, Garland, there’s your violence.
I am soooo glad my kids are grown up and away from the indoctrination.
We are about 30-40 miles South of there and our local news had exactly-0- to say about it. Total silence because it’s too cold for the crickets to chirp.
I’m an hour and a half out of Beloit. It’s tempting to go.
And that teacher would be in jail.
When it’s this bad, you don’t leave the scene until there’s nothing left standing.
You don’t just walk away and leave a monster to do its thing; you destroy the monster, first.
There’s Hell, yes; Justice is inescapable.
But in the here-and-now, there’s a call to defend the innocent. And to defend the innocent, the dragon’s gotta die.
Concur.
Justice does need to happen here and now.
Yes, it will happen at God’s hand as well, but that does not exempt us from our God given responsibility to enact it here and now.
Public schools used to be de facto Protestant schools.
And churches should be using that tax-exempt status to help their congregations, not enormous edifices.
“Public schools used to be de facto Protestant schools.”
Thomas Dewey was a monster, his decimal system notwithstanding.

“Another teacher was in the room when this happened and she yelled at the other teacher saying ‘what are you doing? You can’t do this to a student! This is wrong.’”
However, the teacher did not succeed in stopping her colleague.“
That’s because Teacher B didn’t smack the living crap out of Teacher A.

I’m staying away. Not that I don’t believe in having a protest, but with the Proud Boys showing up, BLM might be there, Antifa might be there, and God knows who else might crawl out of the woodwork. This situation could get ugly fast.
Nothing against the Proud Boys, but you KNOW how the media is going to paint this……
But if you do go, it would be interesting to get a TRUE account of what happened, rather than the media’s slanted version. Just watch your six, my friend.🙂
