I have reluctantly come to the unfortunate and dismal conclusion that the 2020 election—if it was merely close and not overwhelmingly stolen (AND I BELIEVE IT WAS STOLEN...I’M FROM PENNSYLVANIA!)—became a referendum on COVID response.
Maskers vs. non-maskers.
“Safety” vs. freedom.
Hula hoop circles vs. airport rallies.
The Karens and Gavins won.
