Social media users are calling for the arrest of Dr. Anthony Fauci and his removal as the nation's top infectious disease expert after his agency was found to have used taxpayer funds to finance cruel experiments on dogs.
The hashtag #ArrestFauci was trending on Twitter over the weekend, amplifying the outrage over the experiments, including one which saw beagles trapped in cages so flies could eat them, and another where they were 'debarked' before being pumped with drugs and killed.
One of the most disturbing incidents funded by Fauci's National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Diseases involved $375,000 given to a Tunisian research lab.
There, puppies had their heads held in cages, before being left for sand flies to eat them alive for research purposes.
Distressing snaps showed the pups with their heads kept inside the muslin-type cages filled with the hungry insects.
Another procedure - which the NIH funded to the tune of $1.8m - saw 44 beagle puppies undergo a 'cordectomy,' which saw their vocal cords cut to stop them barking.
That experiment, which took place in Menlo Park, California, saw the dogs then pumped full of drugs, before being killed and dissected.
A third, $425,000 set of taxpayer funded tests saw beagles howl in pain while being experimented on in Georgia.
On Twitter, angry social media users demanded Fauci's arrest.
Melissa Tate wrote on Twitter: 'The fact that Fauci is still walking around free and is doing media appearances without a single "journalist" asking him about gain of function and #puppygate, is a true testament to how far gone this country is. God help us #ArrestFauci.'

Was thinking the same. I’m all in favor of arresting and prosecuting Fauci for any and all of his crimes and misdemeanors, but you’re absolutely right. Happens all the time. Some woman abuses her kids, and it’s ho-hum, who cares? But when someone abuses a dog, they’ll get death threats... and there’ll be a flood of offers to adopt the abused pooch. A flood of offers to adopted an abused kid? Not so much.

That description on the tests was pretty brutal to read.
Fauci will not live this one down. He will not be able to spin his way out of this; late to the party that it is.

I don’t really care at this point what brings this psychotic maniac down. I remember this guy from way back in the aids “crisis” when he prevented the use antibiotics for lung infections, said that aids would become airborne and that it was going to spread “like wild fire” among the heterosexual community and pushed a vaccine as the cure (still waiting on that). Meanwhile he and and his cronies were making a ton of money. Then I’d pretty much forgotten about this evil man. Then he show up full screen, 24 7 for the covid “pandemic”. He is a fraud, as is the entire “pandemic” industry. Fauci is worse than just a fraud though, this man will go down as one of most twisted, evil, mass murderers in history.
Kind of amazing that the death of millions world wide didn’t seem to infuriate people about Fauci, BUT hurting beagles has the public in an uproar WELL whatever it takes I guess!!

People didn’t care that he helped fund the Frankenstein viruses, that he lied repeatedly about everything Covid related, that he was responsible for deaths around the country.
But he was cruel to dogs.
That’s the tipping point. Before that he was worshipped.
IIRC, the tipping point in the movie Mad Max (for the audience) was his dog getting killed. (His wife and child were preludes.)

I’m a huge animal lover. But what they did to these dogs pales in comparison to what they have done to the people of the world.
Fauci is responsible for the systematic, policy regulated refusal to provide early treatment for COVID which resulted in the completely unnecessary deaths of millions of people around the world. This is a crime against humanity that ranks with the most obscene evils in human history.
Distraction.
Cuomo killed tens of thousands in nursing homes, but was taken out because he flirted.
Fauci funded Covid-19 that killed millions, but was taken out because of animal abuse.
That was my first thought.
OTOH, whatever it takes to take him down.
