Other than Christmas, New Years, July 4th, and the other holidays that have to do with America’s founding, I’m generally against keeping holidays altogether.
If you have a day that is significant to you, you should be accommodated without requiring everybody else to go along with you.
My significant days are the ones that end in “Y”. Even though I hate the one that starts with “M”. Got to call in for my “accommodation”. Thanks!
