California went from being the crown jewel of the United States to being a third world sh*thole

How dare you denigrate third world sh*tholes like that, most third world sh*tholes are far superior in every way to California.

ELON MUSK paid back EVERY loan-—ahead of time—with all interest applicable.

I’ve read average Austinites saying they were already priced out of the market a year ago.

Texans better hold on to their wallets, Elon the welfare queen is moving in.

Oh look, the peanut gallery is here. Never mind that Elon has delivered for every subsidy his corporations have received on a scale never before seen. He received far less then Boeing to return Americans to space, yet Boeing has yet to deliver and Elon is running a taxi service to the ISS. He received far less then the big three automakers and yet has the most successful EV by far. He has brought internet to areas of the country that barely had had any internet access options. And don't even get me started on what he has done to bring the cost down of delivering satellites to orbit, it's exponentially cheaper now by the way.

The tax loss for Kalifornia will be substantial.

While Musk may avoid personal taxes no matter where he lives because of annoying depreciation schedules and other mechanisms, having the gross receipts from Tesla land in Texas is a nice middle finger to the leftists here in Kalifornia.

I highly doubt Texas had to offer any additional incentives to lure him there.

Yup.
California loses in every way

While Musk may avoid personal taxes no matter where he lives because of annoying depreciation schedules and other mechanisms, having the gross receipts from Tesla land in Texas is a nice middle finger to the leftists here in California.

Actually Musk wins massively by moving to ,Texas (which he did last year) cause Texas has no state income tax, and Musk never took any salary from Tesla for the last 3 years or so, so he avoided the massive California income taxes.
However Musk is cashing in a huge chunk of Tesla shares in this quarter in Texas so will not pay any income taxes on that.

That name confused me. Seattle has a commie on the city council named Lorena Gonzalez

We should check that out. She probably got (s)elected to city councils and state legislatures all over the country to be a Marxist agitator.

The tax loss will be absolutely astronomical. It's not about Elons' personal taxes. It's all the taxes and fees collected for each person employed in the state. Most people have never run a business and therefor have no idea about all the taxes and fees take from the business. Things like unemployment insurance, workers compensation insurance, FICA payroll tax, business incense fee aka tax and the countless other fees and taxes. That is all vanishing from California.

The people running that state don't have a clue on how economics actually works and they are going to be shocked when Kalifornia comes crashing down. Kaliforina is crashing now and they can't see it. They are in a death spiral, and keep doing all the wrong things. The People with money and brains will all leave the state. Some may be give no choice but to abandon family farms. They only thing that will be left is corruption and the people in extreme poverty.

>>Elon has delivered for every subsidy his corporations have received on a scale never before seen.
Why are taxpayers giving subsidies to the richest person the planet to begin with? you don’t see a problem with that?

>>He received far less then Boeing
Getting less welfare than someone else just means you got less welfare than someone else, welfare is welfare; all corporate welfare is bad.

>>He has brought internet to areas of the country that barely had had any internet access options.
Not yet he hasn’t, and he is already has his mouth firmly in the trough of corporate welfare for that as well. Had it rolled it out without the taxpayer subsidies, then good on him - but he hasn’t - every business he goes into involves a very substantial handout from taxpayers to the richest person on the planet.
