Sounds like a Texas judge doesn’t mind when a Texan stands up against bullying.
I see being an ass comes naturally to you. You’re still wrong.
It's perfectly clear to me.
The "assaulter" is a paid Crisis Actor, and jailtime is not part of his pay.
He played his part for a False Flag, most likely for the Deep State.
I'll have to see video to give a performance rating. Same for the "victims".
And January 6th protestors are still in jail!! His family had a party after he was released. I wonder if I went to Arlington and shot the kid, if I can be released on 75k bail? Since I’m white, I doubt it...
I couldn’t tell who was whom.
Or he’s willing to give benefit of doubt until more evidence is presented. Or maybe he heard enough to give benefit. We don’t know.
Being an ass who cites/links to ongoing criminal investigations that include not just the facts of the Simpkins case, not just the video, but also the verbatim Tarrant County Arrest Warrant, is superior to being a FReeptard FRacebook dumbass who can't admit he was wrong.
But in your case, I get it, once you start apologizing, you'd spend all your Freep time apologizing, particularly since everyone else in the thread -- with the exception of the extra-special moron who had his reply pulled for obscenity -- knows you are wrong. SCHADENFREUDE.
A video of their fight was posted on social media by Simpkins’ cousin on Wednesday night in an effort to prove that he was being bullied.
It shows Simpkins - who was identified by police as wearing a light colored hoodie in the footage - being pummeled by the other boy, who is three years his junior, while holding his hands around his head.
“Fight”? That don’t sound like no fight to me.
After seeing more details of this, I fully agree.
$75k bond seems well justified. This kid is NOT a flight risk. Sometime, the US Justice system gets it right.
This kid, although clearly at fault, has credible reasons to justify what he did. Not faultless, no question... But, if I was a jury member, I’d be sympathetic to his actions.
THAT, is the beauty of our jury system.
/total guesswork on my part
He has a large, respectable looking middle class family with nice things. So I suspect the 15 year old doesn’t. And while beating the 18 year old earlier, probably loudly yelled the dreaded “N” word at him repeatedly.
Just guessing, the 15 year old is white, learning disabled, and plays an aggressive sport like football. If someone is LD, they should be prohibited from getting aggression training, because it just makes them too dangerous.
I would also hazard to guess that the shooting victim has been suspended repeatedly, and might even be known to the police.
Well said. If the kid getting beat WAS the shooter, and he really has reported being bullying to the school Authorities, and they claim he was robbed twice because he’s well to do and nothing was done, he might have a good case.
Almost everything you said appears to be false.
When you’ve been bullied a long time....this is what you do.
Hence a trial might be a good idea. The wounded kid’s father may have a problem with him out so soon, so this could turn out to not be over.
The kid was getting beat bad. I don’t have a lot of sympathy for the bully but why did the 18yr old shoot the teacher in the back?
He was in the way. Unfortunately.
Not disagreeing with you, and have no sympathy for his actions. However, I will acknowledge that in a close quarters scrum, bystanders often get hit. This MAY be the case and the her back may not have been the intended target. this is why a shooting in the middle of a brawl is generally a bad idea.
Does not excuse or mitigate the attack and he should be held responsible for his actions.
Me too, though I’ve read it both ways.
I’m not sure any of the reports are based on true knowledge.
Folks just watched the video and went with their assumptions (that includes me)
You don’t have first hand knowledge.
You said it better than I did, thank you.
Name calling? How... liberal of you. Facts are facts.
