Yeah. But that stuff tends to wear off if you don’t treat it carefully. (Experience, here - I ruined my husband’s wonderful enameled cast iron pot almost as soon as he’d gotten it...)

I can’t handle the iron taste when food is cooked in cast iron.....so is that enamel inside or out? From one who isn’t well versed with kitchen gadgets.

We have a lot of cast iron “Non Stick” and it is fabulous. We never had cookware that cleans up as easy and cooks as well as this stuff does.
