I’m on Eliquis, so can’t take NSAIDs.
Since June 2020 I’ve taken daily:
D3 - 5,000 IUs
C - 1500 mg
Zinc
Multivitamin
I will look at the link you posted. One thing I’m pretty sure about is that I’ll take my chances at home before going to a hospital. The adage, “First, do no harm” it’s a thing of the past. One of those things from back in the good old days.
When looking at the totality, it seems that complications rather than covid result in death.
I would think that your assessment must concentrate on any at risk factors you exhibit.
I agree with your premise....... avoid the hospital until there is no recourse
This is the long haul recovery protocol from FLCCC:

The major thing added here is the 4 grams of Omega-3 fish oil a day.
Walmart’s Omega-3 1,000 mg fish oil covers this nicely.
Take four of those a day to help thin your blood.
I’m sorry, your Eliquis is already helping thin the blood. I don’t know if it is doing so in the same way as the fish oil or aspirin would, but Omega-3s are needed as an essential fat, anyway, so unless your doctor said you can’t eat salmon, it should be fine.
A 3 ounce portion of sockeye salmon with skin would get you close to four grams of Omega-3, too.
This is the FLCCC hospital therapy, for those checked in:

You will note between pages 1 and 2:
Zinc = 75 - 100 mg daily
Thiamine = 200 mg twice daily
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) = 1,000 mg every six hours
What is your current oxygen level? Is it okay?
I did Zicam but I had also already been doing the Prophylaxis and I am vaxxed.
Basically, if you get sick but wait for treatment, you are in for a bad ride. I started the Zicam at the first hint of sickness.
Get an Oximeter from Amazon.
I got a stent about 3 years ago, and I take Eliquis and one Baby Aspirin at bed time.
Turns out that single Baby Aspirin might be useful in treatment of Covid.
Aspirin Use Is Associated With Decreased Mechanical Ventilation, Intensive Care Unit Admission, and In-Hospital Mortality in Hospitalized Patients With Coronavirus Disease 2019
