If something is no longer certifiable, then it should no longer be certified. So it was certified to begin with through the state and it's to be decertified through a private audit? I would think that the courts should allow both sides to present their evidence and then decide the next course of action.

It
should be decertified in the same way it was certified. The certification process failed, and that
should be acknowledged by everyone involved in certification in the first place.
How it will actually play out, I won't pretend to know.

the audit was commissioned by the state senate and the presentation today was a state senate hearing.

So it was certified to begin with through the state and it's to be decertified through a private audit? It's a "private" audit just as much as dominion voting machines are "private" voting machines.
Hired by the state Senate, and therefore agents of the state, but look at you! Trying to undermine credibility by regurgitating enemy lies!

The ‘court’ is rightfully the one that certified fraudulent outcome. The cheating is Fraud and fraud nullifies.

It wasn’t a private audit, unless the state legislature is no longer a function of government.

So it was certified to begin with through the state and it's to be decertified through a private audit? The State of Arizona did the audit. They hired someone for the particulars, and to do the forensic analysis they are unequipped to do.
