So what would constitute a smoking gun here?
To my mind, it would be a Dominion computer program that is designed to scan ballots, and then that proceeds to change the votes of a certain percentage of those ballots (as needed), and then print out “revised” ballots with the desired candidate circled in. Throw away the original ballot, and mission accomplished!

Yes until the dominion machines are examined nothing will happen as far as decertifying the vote.
