They need to tell us of the questionable ballots what was the breakdown on who they voted for. If it is over 70% for Joe. Then it is confirmed to be rigged.

The proper legal analysis, the one that will be modified to benefit the DEM side, is to compare the number of "unknown" with the margin. If the number of unknown exceeds the margin, then the outcome is in doubt.

Ballots are anonymous. Ballots were accepted into the system with insufficient vigilance or willful disregard - however once they are in the system, they are all mixed together. Further, use of alternate paper types was widespread, so that would as well disguise which is legitimate or not.
