Easy. Michael Bolton I used to think so too back in the day and used to make fun of the guy all the time. But with the passage of years (and compared to the horrible “music” we’ve been subjected to for the last 20 or so years), I’ve developed a new appreciation of him. I’d rather listen to him rather than any modern radio station— a low bar, to be sure. But still.

I love that movie. It is one that you can be flipping channels, arrive at at any point and still get laughs out of it!
So many great lines in it.
Never knew Michael Bolton was such a good sport about it. He just went up a few notches in my opinion of him.

Yes, Bob Dylan. Would be my second choice. Good songwriter, I guess, but his voice is like nails on a chalkboard. His songs always sound better performed by someone else.

The Beatles were amazing. The best and most versatile songwriters of the 20th Century. George Cohan, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Harry Warren, Al Dubin, Harold Arlen and Johnny Mercer might give them a run for their money.
