A couple that lives across the street from Brian Laundrie’s Florida home said they saw the 23-year-old and his parents drive off hitching an “attached camper” on the same day that Long Island native Gabby Petito was reported missing.
Charlene and William Guthrie moved to North Port in the early summer, and said that it had recently been a “nightmare” living amid a high-profile investigation and media circus surrounding Gabby’s death, according to Fox News.
William told the outlet he was doing yard work on Sept. 11 when the Laundries hooked what appeared to be a new camper to the back of their truck and drove off for a weekend-long trip.
“I saw them doing some work. And then when they prepared for their trip, I saw them loading the camper,” Guthrie reportedly said.
The neighbor said he did find it odd that Christopher and Roberta Laundrie would go camping with their adult son in what he described as a “small” RV.
The Guthries reported the incident to police that later came to their home as part of the missing persons investigation involving the disappearance of Petito, 22, according to the article.
A neighbor told Fort Myers’ WINK-TV that he saw Brian and his family leave with the camper on Sept. 11, the day Petito was reported missing, an executive producer at the station tweeted Wednesday.
That source did not know if Brian returned to the home, according to the tweet.
The person of interest was reported missing by his parents on Sept. 17, three days after they said they last saw him.
The Guthries told Fox they had assumed that Brian had returned to the family home in Petito’s white van with his live-in girlfriend in tow, before the street was occupied by reporters, police and protesters.

The parents are lucky THEY came back alive.
I watched a video on Fox online and no camper on the back of the truck.
They probably know better than to anger him and he needs them.
If I posted "I don't care" on every rabbit hole anecdotal, poorly sourced study about Covid vaccines, I would have to quit work, never sleep, and otherwise be obsessed about it.
Probably swapping stories with Van Der Sloot over a few “Da Killas” bout now.
Van Der Sloot is in prison in Peru for killing the daughter of a prominent businessman.
That's kind of my thought. He's probably holed up somewhere in Bolivia (doesn't honor US extradition requests).
Good observation. There’s a bit on the kid’s white car too while the tires of both seem comparably clean. Wondrr if there’s any GPS/security tracking data/record associated with either vehicle.

Thanks for the reminder. He was never held to account for the Holloway girl though and look what happened and he tried to recant on that too. History will probably repeat in this case too.
He as still active on Spotify play list and Instagram as of yesterday I believe. It showed that he had wifi and connected to electricity.
There wasn’t a body or forensic evidence in the Holloway case.
That photo is overexposed. The car is actually the silver Mustang, registered to Mrs. Laundrie. That is the car which was towed the other day during the FBI raid. No doubt, they tapped any available recorded data from the vehicle. Maybe put on a new GPS tracker too.

This guy is a likely suspect, but you can’t determine that he is a “PSYCHOPATH” from looking at a photo.
I actually watched the entire video with audio that this still is from and he seemed like a very nice guy.
