And I love you Rummy, but I think because of your underlying conditions you live a life of fear. And you project that fear onto others and can’t believe others are not as fearful as you are.
I believe virus do “go after”..especially one that was designed in a Chinese lab.
They have convinced people that getting covid is a death sentence. My whole family went through it, including me, it’s nothing more then the flu. No deaths and no one hospitalized.
I am not vaccinated. I do live in fear. I do take precautions.
It has no bearing. I don’t advocate for or against vaccine. I dont tell anyone to get the vax or not get the vax.

Really? It is thought that a smaller percentage of people with “Delta” than in the original Fauci gain of function version realize that they even have it. These people are not being tested by the outrageously inaccurate PCR tests so the case numbers are lower than the previous spike, but the death numbers are even lower than that. It is less lethal than they original... I had not realized that even with all the propaganda that some people like you are claiming otherwise.
If you look at the world-o-meter graphs for the USA you will notice that last January 4 we had 304,000 "new cases". On August 27 we peaked at 196,000 "new cases". On January 12 the "daily death rate" peaked at 4,489. On September 15, the daily death rate peaked at 2,394. The earlier peak came out to 1.47% "daily new cases" to "daily new deaths". The current ratio would be 1.22%. But as I said previously the number of people being tested is less than in January largely because despite it being over twice as contagious and most likely many more infected individuals are infected, a much smaller percentage of people even realize that they have it.
Admittedly the numbers are being manipulated and are unreliable, but do they mean anything to you at all?

No he’s not right. The basic, unmolested immune function will pretty much take care of the covid variant. The jabs won’t and actually prevent the basic immune system from working.

I am not sure they know. Perhaps it is less lethal. Or perhaps it is as lethal but they know better how to deal with it.
For example, a freeper here had a young son who had to be hospitalized. He was on max oxygen right before you go on a vent. The Dr even told the dad I want you to have heard from me before I have to make the call he is on the vent (or some such thing)
He luckily recovered and was released.
So was his variant less lethal..or was this a case of he recovered with meds, care, AND not being put on a vent.
I think last year they were too quick to put people on a vent. Hard to recover after that.
Plenty of people are dying right now. Plenty of people are having major problems and very sick. How the vaccine fits into that is unknown.

THere are a lot of unvaccinated people who are dying. When I see a story the first thing I look at is their weight.

He appears to think that people who are not vaccinated are some how not going to get attacked by Covid .
That is not saying he should be vaccinated. That is his choice. But I fail to see how not being vaccinated makes him immune from COVID
Btw, people are vaccinated are also not immune from getting Covid. Did you miss the part where I say I believe they are super spreaders
