I’m pretty sure it’s unconstitutional as well. The states are supposed to be treated equally, and things have been traditionally allotted on the basis of population.
Florida and Texas, his archenemies, have very large populations, so he has no excuse for this.
I think you might see some GOP governors of red states with big blue cities…such as Georgia…protesting this as well, but I think you’ll also see a lot of black people protesting. Most of these cities are black majority cities, blacks are avoiding the vaccine (which doesn’t mean they will necessarily get Covid), and cutting them out of treatment will not go down well with them.
