I just listened to a Dr. at Brown University who said wearing a mask outside is (IMOW) stupid.

I believe everyone agrees on that point....except Dr. Fauci who still thinks 2 masks could do the trick.

In the meantime, that same doctor also said that CLOTH masks are pretty useless. The little blue masks are better.
