He has what appears to me to be advanced mental decline.
He’s not mentally fit to be doing what he is charged with.
He’s doing what he is told, and he’s not capable of doing
it well.
He appears to need a good nursing home.
Those around him who are of sound mind should be brought up
on a variety of very serious charges, and spend over a
decade in prison.
I don’t think it really matters what his mental condition is or what his IQ is. Blatantly obvious he’s just the messenger.
The person(s) doing the damage, the ones we don’t know about, that’s who has to be identified and made public.
