They can’t even get federal employees to do their jobs, imagine thinking they can force them to get vaccinated if they don’t want to.

I agree! In my consulting with Government institutions, My audits revealed About 50% of government employees show up for work each day. Why? They are not forced to show up! It has become almost impossible to fire government employees. However, if the government comes down hard with the ability to fire employees, I believe they will submit.
